Our Showroom FAQ's

Yes - and then some! Christmas @ The Prop House Collective is a proud part of The Prop House Collective. We share a showroom, a team of fabulous stylists, and an unshakeable love for Christmas, sparkle, and making magic happen. Think of us as the most festive corner of an already spectacular universe.

We would absolutely love to see you! Find us at 1135 Stanley Street East, Coorparoo QLD 4151, where we share a fabulous showroom with The Prop House Collective.

From September to January the space goes full Christmas magic, it's quite the spectacle! From February to August we scale it back to all the Christmas essentials, while our gorgeous props and party decorations take centre stage to inspire your events all year round.

February to August
Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm
Our showroom is open by appointment only, just reach out and we'll get you booked in!

September to January
Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm
The Christmas magic is in full swing! We're open to walk-ins, including weekends and late nights on Thursdays.

Wonderful news! We have 11 free parking spaces (including one accessible spot) just steps from our front door. Making it effortless to transfer all your shopping from shop to car!

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we ensure that our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.

Our Products FAQ's

We're proudly Australian owned and Brisbane based, but our products are sourced from around the globe - because finding you the finest Christmas collection means searching far and wide!

We do our absolute best to make sure every image is as true to life as possible! However, slight variations can occur, so we always recommend referring to the product specifications listed for each item.

Please note: that items are not shown to scale, and we reserve the right to update descriptions, images and pricing as needed.

Absolutely - safety and quality are non-negotiable! All our lighting and electrical products are made in accordance with Australian standards, and we guarantee our lighting for one full season from the date of purchase.

Many sets also come with a transformer for low voltage peace of mind. Always check the specifications for each product for full details.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds FAQ's

Great news - we offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $199! For orders under $199, freight is calculated at checkout based on size and weight, using the best rate we can find across our range of couriers.

Our online store is open 24/7, but orders are dispatched during weekday trading hours - so please calculate your lead time from the next business day.

Here's a rough guide:

Queensland
Brisbane Metro | 2–3 business days
Regional | 5–10 business days

New South Wales
Sydney Metro | 3–5 business days Regional | 5–10 business days

Victoria
Melbourne Metro | 3–5 business days
Regional | 5–10 business days

Everywhere else in Australia | 10–14 business days

Need it urgently? - Give us a call! Express options are available, though additional freight charges will apply.

We deliver with a signature required for your peace of mind - just pop a note at checkout if you're happy for us to leave it at the door!

We're happy to refund full-priced items, however sale items cannot be refunded (unless required under Australian Consumer Law). If a product you've ordered is out of stock, we'll be in touch straight away to arrange a substitution, credit, or refund.

Once your order is ready (within 2 working days), you'll receive an email to let you know.

Simply bring your order confirmation email when you come in - or if someone else is collecting on your behalf, make sure they have it too!
